Seasonal demand: We're a part-time, two-person shop, and our show season runs September through December. During this stretch, please expect longer completion times, the earlier you reach out, the better.

Materials: We work hard to source the exact wood you have in mind, but availability can vary. We'll always talk through alternatives with you if your first choice isn't in stock.

Pricing: Quotes are based on current market pricing for the wood used, plus any additional detail work like carving or engraving.
